So sorry to hear of Alyce’s passing. Just like her name, she was an exception to the rule. My heart breaks for you, but I am lucky. I have so many great memories involving Alice. She was my sub at West when I was on maternity leave with my son. We still have the Care Bear she bought for him. For real! We met again at FFES. I was returning from middle school and she was there to catch me. Alyce was always there to support with a huge smile, maybe a giggle, but always with both hands ready to hold you or lift you up.
