Condolences to the Family of Ronald James “Jim” Roberts

2024

Dear Roberts family, I am sorry to hear about Jim's passing and offer my sincere condolences. I have known Jim since 2018 when I leased his former Nantucket Sound headquarters. Jim would stop by regularly and we would have spirited conversations about current events. Although we were opposites on many issues I will miss our conversations very much. God bless.

Mr. Roberts, Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear about Jim's passing and offer sincere condolences to Eleanor and family. I have known Jim since the mid 1980's when he purchased a commercial condominium next to Bendon Gear in Rockland. We served on the board for some time, and I would see him at various times each year for decades. Jim had a very sharp mind, always evaluating all aspects of an issue. He was quite inventive also. I recall helping him build some mechanical security devices that he has designed himself for one of his stores. I am sorry about his passing. Jim will be missed by all of us at this commercial condominium complex.

Ellie, and family. We were so sorry to hear about Jim's death. He sure fought the good fight with multiple challenges. A role model for us all. Glad to get to know him here at the Meadows. He and i chatted lots about our shared military experiences. he was proud to be a veteran and to have served with such distinction. Sending prayers and our best to you all. Gerald and Linda
