My sincere condolences to the extended Messer clan on Charlie's passing. I lived next door to the Messer's Scituate house on Third Ave and we looked forward to late June when the Messer, Dray & O'Brien families arrived for the summer. Charlie was always so pleasant, polite and smiling when he chatted with you.
