Condolences to the Family of Helen D. (Doherty) Kelly

2020

Tom and your entire family I want to express my condolences in the passing of your mom. Mom's are those special people we all love and miss dearly when they are gone. Although this is an extremely sad time, one of the amazing things you will come to realize is how your memories will eventually bring many smiles. To your special mom, GOD Bless.

There are many fond memories of the Sutton Rd/Academy Ave neighborhood and of the friendship my parents shared with Helen and Fred. I recall Helen as someone the other mothers called for medical advice, and I have a clear childhood memory of her visits to our house to care for my mother after surgery. In recent years they kept tabs on each other via the hairdressers of the salon they shared. My mom and I both thought that Helen looked beautiful in the photo you chose to publish. With sympathy for your loss and gratitude for having known such a wonderful woman, the Dentino family--Mary, Linda, and Bob

Our sympathy and prayers are with the Kelly Family on the passing of their Mother and Grandmother. My friendship with the family goes way back to the late 1960's when I went to work for Wix Filters in Gastonia, NC. Helen's husband was the first salesman hired in the New England area back in the late 1960's. I worked with Fred and met his wonderful wife, Helen, on the many sales trips awarded to the Company's field sales people. Fred was always one of our top salesman and Helen was a constant supporter. They just done make many people like Fred and Helen Kelly any more. Love from the Forde Family in North Carolina and Georgia.
