I was saddened to read that Joanne had passed away. She was my neighbour at Wyndemere , Naples.....we had good fun together.....she made quite an impression on me and I often think of her......even for the short time I knew her.....she was just that kind of person.. I have a small heart shaped costume jewellery broach that she gave me......I cherish it. My best to Bob and I hope he is doing well. Paddy Tinson, Oakville, Ontario, Canada

We will always remember Jo as a wonderful mother to Barbara, Pam, Steve, Rob and Barry. A wonderful "Gamma" and devoted wife to Bob. She will be missed by our family - the PJ Murphy's, as she treated us like family

Bob, I was so glad to receive a copy of Jo's obituary as I had not heard the sad news. My sincere sympathy to you and your family. Living across the street at your former home I have often thought of you but had lost touch. Are you still in Hingham ?
