My deepest sympathy to Jessica's daughters, brother, family and friends. Jessica and I worked together for many years in the Commonwealth and she was just one of kind. She was extremely gifted, funny and always there to lend a hand in time of need. She had a heart of gold! She will be dearly missed by who lives she touched! Rest in peace my friend.
