To: Arthur Jr. and Victor and the entire Choo extended family. My deepest condolences on the passing of your father who was one of the most kind and nicest man ever. His high professional and academic accomplishments never overshadowed his warm personality of charm, humility, and sincerity to his clients and friends. He indeed was a friend to the Chinatown YMCA as a board member and was one of the hardest working man I've met. He is a true example of a the successful American immigrant dream story.
