Paula NelsonI knew John for over 50 years from the 1960’s when I delivered newspapers in the neighborhood. I remember how much pride he took in caring for his yard and remembering seeing him mow his lawn with a manual reel mower. We took a summer chemistry course together at Massasoit in 1974. John tried to get me interested in Amateur Radio back in the ‘60’s and I bought a practice Code Oscillator at Radio Shack to practice the Morse Code, but I never got my license until I finally did in 1990 and got my dad licensed as well.
