Condolences

Condolences to the Family of William H. Berigan, Jr.

2018

I was blessed to have known Bill during the past 20 years, working for the pro-life cause and as a daily communicant at St. Paul's. He has been a great inspiration to so many of us. I will pray for him, but I believe he may already be in heaven praying for us who are left behind.

BIll was a man of great Faith and an avid sportsman. I recall many phone calls during B.C. football and basketball seasons when he would tell or ask Basil which channel was carrying the games. I have fond memories of the summer softball league when our families would cheer the team on and then gather at the homes of the players. We even had an annual game where wives and children played and Bill was competitive even then. Now he is in Heaven with our beloved Theresa and his good friend Basil.

Dear Kathy and Phil, Thank you so much for letting us know that your dear father passed away recently. We enjoyed knowing Bill and talking with him about current events. He loved to discuss foreign affairs and was so proud of you teaching in Saudi Arabia. You took such good care of him and we are sure he appreciated it so much. Now he is at peace. We send you our love and sympathy.

Dear Kathy, Patti, John, Michele, and Paul -- Condolences on the loss of your father...I know you will cherish all that your dad was to you. I always enjoyed visiting him with Kathy while in Hingham or surprising him with an occasional call from California. His strong faith, devotion to family, and appreciation for simple pleasures (books, history, fishing, skating, the Red Sox among others) are something to be admired. May he rest in peace with your beloved mom.

Dear Dad, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a wonderful father and always setting a good example and inspiring me from when I was young to always strive to be a better person. I am forever grateful to you for instilling in me to be a kind, honest compassionate individual. We shared so many happy great times together. By example, a few things you taught me are importance of love of family, respect for life and in nature and the love of music and the great outdoors (with a heathy dose of competitiveness in all things especially sports). My fondest memories will always have you in them and bring me peace. Eternal love, Pati
