I met you for only an hour or so. My cousin, Virginia Smyers Buxton introduced me to you and your marvelous and unique home. I felt immediately welcomed by you and a sense that you didn't just "chat", you moved in sync with the guest in your environs. it is odd how in such a short time, i felt how unique you are in this vast universe. You had an intensity, a challenge, an acceptance, a "knowing" that is not common to most people that one meets for such a brief time. God speed Patrick...I can smell that cherry tobacco and see that twinkle in your eye...

We are thinking of Patrick today- his warm smile, bright mind and gentle nature and his love of the sea as we climbed his mighty tower overlooking the ocean. May he rest in peace and our deepest condolences and prayers go out to Maureen and all of his family and friends. He will remain in our hearts and minds forever. Much Love, Fran and Jeff
