Ronny was always friendly towards me. I remember serving as altar boy at Maureen and Ronny's wedding. He helped a lot of people. He will be missed.

I worked with Ronnie 30 years ago at Boston Edison in the Pru..he was a veteran and I was a rookie..he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to the less seasoned Dispatchers ..he was always a gentleman, a mentor and a wonderful guy..RIP Mike Hayhurst
