Patricia Schaub-Perkins.Dear Carol and Joan - So sorry to hear of your loss. Dick was a great guy and a mentor to me early in my real estate career. As an ex-Con I have wonderful memories of the Conway trips to Bermuda and Aruba - the laughter and stories we had, the pina coladas on the beach! He made real estate so much fun!! It was a time when your co-workers were your friends. The way i figure it, God had a real clunker of real estate to get rid of and he needed a realtor that was smart , knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. He got one of the best! Rest in peace old friend. All our best to the Cahill family --Steve and Sue Downing (valdez)
