Dear Frank and family, My family and I were very sorry to learn of Billie's passing. We had the pleasure of meeting you and Billie when my mom, Barbara Mich was at Marina Bay too. It always nice to see Frank and Billie together every afternoon, such devotion is such a treasure and so truly admirable. Every greeting I had with Billie was - Hi Honey! The picture of her captures the person of her I did not quite know and how her smile and eyes sparkle. Though we only met for a brief time, it was a memorable one.
