I saw the photo of this smiling woman while reading The Sun and instantly knew I had seen this lady before but didn't remember how or where. Then I saw Royal Insurance, it brought me back to the 70's when I worked there and while I only knew Louise as an aquaintance as we passed in the day, her lovely smile and sweet way made a lasting impression on me.
