Joan, I was very saddened to hear of Jim's passing. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from him. I have fond memories of working with him. He was a great man and he will be missed. May memories of Jim and the love of family surround you and give you strength in the days ahead. Thinking of you and wishing you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

My sincere condolences to Joan and family of my friend and mentor Jim Collins. He guided my career as a successful property manager in the Niles Company for more than 30 years. I will truly miss Jim. He was that "tell it like it is" type of guy whose guidance was truly appreciated. God Bless/Rest in Peace
