Though I only met Felicia a few times, I enjoyed the many telephone calls and emails regarding my insurance needs. She was the ultimate professional and a very pleasant person. My condolences to her family, her many friends and her insurance "buds".

I work at the Richmond VA Seneca office and had the pleasure of talking with Felicia on occasion. It was fun to catch up on Mass as I grew up in Chelsea. My heart goes out to her family, friends and co-workers. She was highly respected. God Bless

Words can't describe how sorry I am for your loss. They would probably sound hollow anyway as you are going through your pain of grieving. Just remember you have friends and family that care for you and are there to help you. Do not go through this alone.

My cousin Felicia was one of a kind and always had the biggest and best smile. Every time I saw Felicia i knew that after I was done talking with her i'ld walk away with a big smile and good laugh.
