I liked Joannie from the first time I met her almost 30 years ago. I grew to love her as a friend and will miss her dearly. My good buddy Jim and Joannie had a wonderful marriage of 25 years, one that I would always describe to others as unique and special. I will cherish the memories of good times and meaningful events we shared over the years. May she rest in peace.

We all know just how much work goes into hosting a party, you and Joannie threw the best and somehow always made it look so easy. The many gatherings at your home are indeed some of our fondest memories. She was so giving and always willing to share all her good fortune with family and friends. Joannie was without a doubt the Hostess with the Mostess! Her friendship and laughter will be greatly missed. ~ Frank & Kathy Yacano
