Dottie was my spiritual mother as she was to many. I've never met such a loving and kind person in my life. Though her ministry, I was able to come off the streets physically, mentally and emotionally. God really used her to save my life. It is so comforting to know she is with Jesus. My condolences for her family, friends and all who knew she. She will be missed.
