My condolences to the Foster and extended family. I know it is time when all is sad to know their love one is no longer with us. She was one of my supervisors, that I must say I dearly loved. She bend the rules sometimes when coming to me because I had a sick daughter and she was so gracious and loving, because she was a mother who understood my situation. I know she was a loving wife who always spoke highly of her husband. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. May the Lord bless the family.
