Way, Russell Davis, 55, of Hingham, died in his wife’s arms on June 24, 2019, surrounded by his loving family and close friends.

Russell will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Beloved husband of thirty years of marriage to Marcia Durant Way. Loving father of Russell Way, Jr. and Amanda Way, both of Hingham. Adoring grandfather of Brennick Way. Cherished son of Sheila Way and the late Robert Way. Brother of Robert Way, Jr. of Scituate, Robin Wilcox of Hingham, and Rhonda LaCroix of Martha’s Vineyard. Devoted son-in-law to Kenneth Durant and the late Anne Durant. Survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and countless dear friends.

Born and raised in Hingham, Russell worked with his father at B&B Auto in Weymouth for many years. Russ met his future wife, Marcia Durant, forty years ago, and together they were an inseparable team building a wonderful life together. Russ’ happiest moments were spent boating in Hingham Harbor with family and friends where he was truly in his element.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).

Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 AM Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church, Hingham at 10 AM .
