Robert E. “Bobby” Shoener

Shoener, Robert Evans  “Bobby” of Hingham, died October 2, 2015.

Born in Boston, Bobby grew up in Greensburg, PA which he considered his true home town.  He later moved to Quincy with his family where he attended and graduated from high school.  Bobby was a proud United States Army Veteran who served during the Korean War.  After his time in the service Bobby became a dental technician for Dickerman Dental Lab where he worked for many years.  Bobby will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. 

Beloved son of the late William M. and Helen Allingham Shoener.  Loving brother of  Helen Shalit and her late husband Dr. B. Lawrence Shalit of Quincy, Barbara Gillis and her husband Francis of Sandwich and William T. Shoener of Hingham.  Devoted uncle of Barbara Kazmierczak and her husband Dan of Georgia and William L. Shalit and his wife Linda of Boston. Cherished great uncle of Jeanette Kazmierczak of New York and Margaret Kazmierczak of Georgia.  Caring cousin of John Gardner and his wife Leslie of Concord.  Also survived by many extended family and dear friends.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service  on Wednesday at 11 AM in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, Hingham. Burial will be private.
