Laitta, Laurence J. of Hingham, formerly of Hull and Cohasset, died February 10, 2017. Larry worked as a Petroleum Engineer for Atlantic Richfield for over 40 years. He was a world traveler and had a great passion for flying. He will be dearly missed.
Beloved husband of the late Angela (Angelus) Laitta. Devoted father of Gina White of Raynham, Michael Laitta and his husband Paul of Washington DC, Craig Laitta and his wife Pia of NY, Karen Lundholm and her husband Rick of FL, and the late Laurence J. Laitta, Jr. Cherished grandfather of Justin Lundholm and great-grandson Aleksander Lundholm. Loving brother of James Laitta and predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 AM in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to remain for a visitation period following the service until 1 PM.
