James G. Davis, Jr., a lifelong resident of Weymouth, died March 17, 2017 at the age of 54.

Jim graduated from Quincy College with a nursing degree and attended Northeastern University. He was a longtime employee of Shaw’s Supermarket, working his way up through the years to become a manager. Jim devoted his life to his family and they will always remember him as a very caring son and brother.

Loving son of Jana (Nista) Davis of Weymouth and the late James G. Davis, Sr. Loving brother of Leanne Davis of Rockland, Robyn Davis, Kristen Davis, and Marc Davis, all of Weymouth. Grandson of the late Mary and Joseph Nista, Sr. Cousin of  Cheryl Toner of Kingston and Karen Hughes of Halifax.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM.
