Rogers, Francis X. “Frank” of Quincy, died July 2, 2015.

Frank worked at Logan Airport for many years as an air freight manager and was a member of the Dorchester Knights of Columbus. His family was the center of his world and he would have everyone over every Sunday night to play cards with “Papa” and spend time together. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

Beloved husband for 56 years of Lillian (Sheehan) Rogers of Quincy. Cherished father of Kathleen Rogers and her husband Terry Shaller of Arlington, Christine Rogers-Sopp and her husband Patrick of Bethany, CT, and Cindy Brandi and her husband Richard of Quincy. Loving brother of Mary Rogers of Norwood and predeceased by his 7 siblings. Devoted “Papa” to Max Shaller, Amanda Brandi, Mitchell Sopp, Caroline Sopp, Sarah Shaller, Matthew Brandi, and Olivia Sopp. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30 AM Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10:30 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank’s name to the Quincy Catholic Academy, 370 Hancock St. Quincy, MA 02171.
