Fran Sullivan of Hull, MA passed away on October 8th at The Pat Roche House in Hingham surrounded by her family.

Fran was the former wife of the previously deceased Thomas McCaffrey and leaves behind two sisters Karen Evans of Quincy, MA and Brenda Perroni of Nahant, MA as well as two brothers and their wives, Robert and Colleen Sullivan of Seattle, WA and Pete and Jean Sullivan of Scituate, MA. Fran was predeceased by her parents Kay and David Sullivan of Ouincy and her sister Kate Sullivan of Milwaukee, WI. Fran’s extended family of lifelong friends will miss her fun adventurous spirit.

Fran lived life out loud and to the fullest combining her love of gourmet food with her passion for painting and arts as she embarked on dozens of trips to France. She held a special place in her heart for Provence; and anyone who has shared these travels with her fondly remember the adventures filled with laughter and fine wine.

Fran holds a Masters of Arts from Harvard University and worked for many years in publishing and lived throughout the United States.

A memorial service will be held at Second Parish Church, Hingham, MA on Saturday October 21 at 11 am. Following the service, a reception and art showing of Fran’s watercolors will take place at the Cohasset Lightkeeper’s House, 15 Lighthouse Lane, Cohasset, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to The Pat Roche Hospice House, 86 Turkey Hill Ln., Hingham, MA 02043 or by purchasing a piece of her art, whose proceeds will go to Second Parish.
