Flora DePasca

DePasca, Flora “Auntie Flo” (Vertullo) of Quincy, passed away April 13, 2017.  

Flo was born in East Boston and spent many years living in Brighton, North Andover, and more recently, Quincy. Family was everything to Flo. She loved to travel around the world with her husband, Vincent. She spent time as a woman’s leader in the Knights of Columbus in Brighton for a long period of time. Flo loved Italian food and enjoyed crocheting. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Daughter to the late Pasquale and Mary Vertullo. Dear wife of 72 years to Vincent DePasca. Sister to the late Rocco DePasca and Marie Smith. Caring sister-in-law to Frederick D. Smith, Sr. of Quincy. Cherished aunt to Frederick D. Smith, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Quincy, Wayne Smith and his wife Janet of Plymouth, Caryn Smith and her husband Donald Timmins of Quincy, and Mark Smith of Quincy. Great aunt to 6 nieces and nephews and great-great aunt to 1 niece. Also survived by many friends and neighbors. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 9:30-10:30 AM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Funeral Mass will be held following the visitation in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Flora’s name to The Marie A.
