Fuery, Charles P. “Charlie” of Holbrook, passed away on March 22, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. 

Born in Boston, he was one of six children born to the late Charles and Alice (Winslow) Fuery.

Charlie was a interesting man with a one of a kind sense of humor that was never-ending. He devoted his life to his career, working as a mechanic at Curry College. When Charlie wasn’t at work, he was spending time with his family. A favorite pastime of the family was going to Lake Winnipesaukee in the summers. He was also known as a yard sale enthusiast. Charlie was a great man and will be missed by all who knew him.

Loving husband to Monica Fuery. Father to Mark Fuery and his wife Ashley of Winthrop. Brother of Barbara Murphy and her husband Michael of Abington, Patty Hansberry and her husband Joe of Scituate, Tom Fuery and his wife Jane of Rockland, the late Paul Fuery and his surviving wife Kathy of Carver, and the late Jimmy Fuery. Grandpa to Anna Fuery. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, including CJ Fuery.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday, April 2, from 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 10:15 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Saint Joseph’s Church, Holbrook, at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie’s name may be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, PO Box 22324, New York, NY 10087.
