DiLoreto, Carol L. (Tappen) of Hingham, formerly of Quincy, suddenly September 8, 2006. Beloved wife of 42 years to Nicholas P. DiLoreto. Loving mother of Paul N. & wife Mary Kate of Kingston, Joanne M. & husband Edward Zine, III of Brockton and David M. & wife Kerry of Kingston. Doting “Grammie” of Nicholas, Victoria, Brieanna and Edward, IV. Sister of Barbara Mahar of Yarmouthport, Stephen Tappen of Hingham, and Paul Tappen of Plympton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Wednesday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Parish in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 227 Sea St., Quincy at 9 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Burial in Hingham Cemetery. Carol devoted her life to her family. Particularly, she cherished her role as a grandmother. Passionate about the ocean, Carol often walked Nantasket Beach and spent family time at “Seal Beach” in Chatham. She graduated from Quincy High School where she was voted best looking and best personality. Carol was always known for her wonderful smile. Donations in Carol’s memory may be made to the Susan G.
