Barbara L. (Mader) Shea of Weymouth, formerly of Dorchester, passed away suddenly December 11, 2017.
Barbara worked as a nurses aide for St Margaret’s Hospital for over 20 years. She enjoyed playing the lottery but her family was the foundation of all that was important to her. She will be remembered for her selfless, kind and loving nature.
Beloved wife of the late Norman E. Shea. Devoted mother of Norman Shea and his wife Deborah of Forestdale,
Robert Shea and his wife Sandra of Millis, Ronald Shea and his wife Kathleen of Dorchester, Barbara Lowry and her companion Anthony of Brockton and Mary Moody and her husband Thomas of Braintree. Cherished Nanny of 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Loving sister of Wilfred Mader of Canada and the late Marjorie Burgio and Charles and George Mader. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Services for Barbara will be private.
