Ann I. (McNally) Ritchie

Ann I. (McNally) Ritchie, of Milton, formerly of Dorchester, died peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. She was 82.

Ann was born in Boston on April 5, 1941, and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bridie (Brennan) McNally. She was raised in Dorchester and attended local schools. After graduating from high school, Ann received her secretarial certificate, and worked as a supervisor for a financial services firm. She enjoyed her work and all the relationships she built throughout the years.

Ann was the beloved wife of the late James D. Ritchie, who died in 2019. She was the devoted mother of Elisa A. “Ellie” O’Malley of Quincy, Theresa Ritchie of Quincy, and Thomas Ritchie of Milton. Ann was the loving grandmother of Brielle and Colm O’Malley, both of Quincy, Declan, Maeve, and Braeden Ritchie, all of Milton. She was the dear sister of Patricia Crawford and her late husband Bill of Canton. Ann is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, 9-11 AM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.

Her funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 11 AM in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy. Cremation will follow.

Ann will be interred privately at a later date.
