Edward F. Ahl, Jr.

Edward F. Ahl, Jr. of Weymouth, died July 16, 2022 at the age of 73.

Ed served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for many years as a warehouse manager for Brady Enterprises in Weymouth. He was active and served as president for Weymouth Little League and also coached Pop Warner and Weymouth Youth Soccer. Ed has been a New England Patriots season ticket holder for over 30 years. Most of all, Ed loved spending time with his family.

Beloved husband of Margaret M. “Penny” (Howell) Ahl. Loving father of Shannon Burns and her husband Frank of Weymouth, Susan Junkins and her husband John of Whitman, and the late Patrick Ahl. Proud grandfather of Nicholas Junkins, Alanna Junkins, and John Junkins. Brother of Arlene Lally and her husband Vincent of Brockton, Kenneth Ahl and his wife Maureen of Marshfield, Joe Ahl and his wife Kris of Dedham, and the late Robert Ahl and his wife Barbara of Whitman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
