Shellie A. (Fox) Calabro a 32 year resident of Weymouth, formerly of Dorchester, passed away suddenly on July 14, 2019 at the age of 58.

Shellie devoted her life to her family and was the most selfless person you would ever meet, always putting others before herself. She made friends quickly and would talk to anybody and everybody. As her husband Joe affectionately likes to say “Shellie could talk the wallpaper off the wall.” Shellie enjoyed playing the slot machines.

She was the beloved wife of Joseph A. Calabro. Daughter of the late Sally Fox. Loving mother of  the late Leah Calabro, Sandra Fitzpatrick and her husband Kyle of Quincy, and Angelina Cardarelli and her husband Andrew of Pembroke. Proud and devoted grandmother to her newborn granddaughter Josephine Leah “Josie” Cardarelli. Sister of Sharon Pacheco and her late husband Ray of Woburn, Dale Fox of ME, Alan Fox and his wife Beth of NH, Carol Baker and her husband Mark of Cape Cod, Terry Russo and her husband Mark of FL, and Tom Fox and his wife Kathy of Weymouth. Also survived by many nieces, including her late niece Kate, nephews, and several in laws.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM.
