Soligan, Katherine D. “Kitty” of Hull, died December 25, 2018.

Born in Boston, Kitty grew up in Dorchester and moved to Hull in 1957. She was a longtime employee of John Hancock Insurance Company. Kitty was a unique and loving woman for whom family was everything. She loved dancing, skiing, sailing, traveling and spending time at the ocean. She was a passionate Red Sox and Patriots fan, an amazing cook whose grape leaves were legendary and an avid gardener. She was fiercely devoted to her family and always looked forward to Uno, Cribbage and Mahjong games with her friends and family and loved to win!

Loving sister of the late Jon Soligan, Theodora Soligan, Florence Soligan Ladd and Aphrodite Soligan. Cherished aunt of 12 nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and nephews and 2 grand nieces and nephews. Also survived by many cousins, neighbors and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Saturday 10 AM in the Panagia Greek Orthodox Church, Cohasset. A Funeral Service will follow on Saturday at 11 AM. Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Katherine may be made to Soligan Family Scholarship Fund, Braintree High School, 128 Town Street, Braintree MA 02184 or Panagia Greek Orthodox Church, 811 Jerusalem Road, Cohasset MA 02025.
