Sending love and strength to you all. I only met Lisa a few times at gatherings of Quinnipiac friends, but her energy and love for her family were clear from the start and through her FB posts over the years. May her memory be a blessing.

My deepest condolences. All my prayers are with you. I will miss her smile, her competitiveness on the tennis court and speaking french with her whenever our paths crossed.

Ron, Ella, Chase, Brinley, my heart has been broken as I know yours has from this loss of your vibrant wife, mom, my niece..i have only to imagine her brilliant light and smile and i seem to be unable to arise and go about my daily activities, knowing that she has gone. This hit my heart so hard I cannot make sense of it, though I understand her pain. I loved her so much; and she , you, all welcomed me as still one of the family. You never judged and always had a beautiful compassion as did Lisa, for so many. Her vibrance , I pray, will live on through you now. Pick up her bright torch and let it shine, lighting your own path in these dark times. Live in that brightest of lights, carry on with that inside of all of you, as best you can as you go forward in your lives. Deep down we know that all is on loan for a short while to us. Life is ever changing, rather too quickly sometimes. We go to bed one evening feeling good and when we awake in the morning, our world can be turned upside down with a loss like this. All life is filled with loss and letting go… for a short while has the Creator loaned us to each other, but “ We” are eternal and we must not let this cripple the spirit Lisa has passed on to us. Treasure each day more now that you know how fragile life is and know that the one thing that lasts forever is her love. God assures us that all those we hold dearly in our hearts, like Lisa, will meet us when it is our time to “ go home” Keep the STRENGTH of good memories as you process Lisa’s leaving. My thoughts and prayers to Ron and her cherished children, Ella, Chase & Brinley. It was clear to all those who met Lisa what she enjoyed most was her family and creating special memories over the tears. The world will be little dimmer with her passing but I am sure she will continue to light up the world from the skies above keeping watch over those she loved. My sincere condolences to the family. I was never fortunate to meet Lisa in person but was connected thru my sister Diana and loved all her posts about the family and life journeys. I am deeply saddened by her passing. RIP Lisa. Love Teresa from Australia
