Condolences to the Family of Catherine Cronin

2021

My Dear Auntie Kitty, Thank You for your special love you gave in your unique way. Your caring and interest in each generation was remarkable. I will never forget your kindness. I cherish the memories. You are now reunited with your loved ones; your earthly challenges are ceased, and, in a strange way this is a little comfort for us who loved you so much. Rest peacefully Auntie Kitty and I will always love you. xx

Thanks for the years of tea and apple tart, Auntie Kitty. For the warm smiles and listening eyes. For the mischievous expressions. For the chats, the reminiscing and the love. For the belly laughs whenever I drove your car and yelled at John Cronin to stop telling me how to drive! :) For always being happy and making others feel the same. May you continue to spread joy wherever you land. xo

Sad to hear of the death of Cathy. A lady. A wife. An aunt. A family person. A person of faith. A friend to many and much more. We looked forward to her and uncle John on their visits to Ireland. On my visits stateside she was welcoming and always did her best to make the visit and time spent in Billings Road or Hudson Street enjoyable. A lady with a good sense of humour and badly needed patience at times! May God bevwith all those who mourn her loss. May she rest in peace and may God reward her for her kindness and love.

Auntie Kitty was one of the best. She was gentle, loving and kind, always interested in and cared deeply about others. I hold so many fond memories of her. One of the highlights of our childhood years was her visits back home to Glandore. America seemed so far away back then and we looked forward so much to those visits. Auntie Kitty was not only an aunt, she was also a true friend, always reaching out with a warm and tender heart, always putting others before herself. Thank you Auntie Kitty for being the person you were. May you now rest in heavenly peace. Love you forever. xxx

We have very fond memories of the time we stayed with Auntie Kitty and John in Billings Road. Auntie Kitty had a wonderful warm personality and had a heart of gold. She endeared herself to all who knew her. She always loved her homecomings to Brulea and rarely missed a family occasion back in her birthplace. May her gentle soul rest in Peace.
