We knew Wayne from McGinn’s service station where for many years he conducted the annual car inspection for myself and my husband. Often, I was late in getting my inspection and Wayne would give me friendly scolding for being tardy. Without fail Wayne was always upbeat, friendly and helpful despite his long battle with cancer, a testimony to his strong character. Quincy has lost a treasure but Wayne will remain in memories as wonderful person who cared for all were fortunate to know him. We hope time will help you heal and that shared memories with family and friends about Wayne will give you comfort when needed. Wayne,You are the best person ive ever met! Seeing you 3 times a week at 516pm was a joy for us and i wish it could continue. You are the most kind hearted and genuine person with the biggest heart ive ever met..... The only plus side is that your out of pain finally ..WE love you Wayne !!!

Mr. Buscemi, Sir, as a fellow Marine I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USMC in Vietnam fighting the NVA and VC. Wayne was a close friend of the family for over 40 years. When my dad died 29 years ago, he took on the role of a father figure. He was always there to lift us up and anything we needed, Wayne was there. Never forgot a birthday, Christmas or my wedding anniversary. We are deeply saddened and will always remember Wayne as a caring and fun-loving uncle. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Wayne. I had many conversations with him over the years. I always treasured the time we spoke about many different subjects. He will be missed. Rest in Peace Wayne!

Wayne is a great guy I talked to him a lot at the gas station where he worked I always liked going by there and chatting with him He did some work on my car some oil changes and some inspection stickers we're always glad to see each other or so" I hope" but he always added something kind in the world He always sent us my family and myself birthday cards that's how I got to know him even better he also used to come by our laundromat that we owned in Quincy I'll never forget him . I'll miss him a lot to Wayne and his family lots of love Wayne will be missed God bless him I'll really miss him. He will forever be my friend.

I will miss seeing Wayne and talking to him when I stop by MGinn's. All the workers at McGinn's have felt like family to me. Prayers go out to the Buscemi family as well as to his friends at McGinn's.

My deepest condolences to Wayne's family ..... I've known Wayne for about 10 years , I used to go up to McGinns Service Station every Saturday morning at 6 am with my Lab, Sophie , we were a great trio . Wayne was one of the most generous people I have ever met , just a real good guy who was always willing to help anyone in need ..... Godspeed and Semper Fi Marine , I'll miss you forever and keep sending you prayers ...

My husband Guy Bognanno and I are very sad to hear of Wayne's passing. He was a long-time customer of our tanning salons in quincy but more importantly became a true friend. He was very generous and well respected in all he did. He was very brave and put up a heroic fight for su h a long time. We are very sorry we couldnt say goodbye yesterday. Rest peacefully Wayne. You will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear about Wayne. My sympathy to his family. He was one of the strongest fighters I knew. Always so thoughtful too. Never missed sending me a birthday card. He will be missed.
