Condolences to the Family of Robert J. Cawley

2020

We wish to express sincere sympathy from the Holloran Family of Dorchester. Our parents were connected for many many years from their youth and throughout life and shared many blessings. Bob inherited many fine qualities from his parents and siblings and was a true gentleman. We will always remember him in our prayers with a smile . God will welcome him for the wonderful life he led. God bless.

My sincerest sympathy is expressed in the passing of Robert Cawley. I had the pleasure of teaching with him at the Martin E. Young School in Randolph, MA. He was a quiet man, courteous and focused on his students. Bob was also gentle in nature and he was a gentleman. With these daily qualities present, he was a fine role model for his sixth grade students. Many students came from chaotic homes and one parent families where a father was often absent. Patience with expectations were his constant companions. Expectations with fairness reaped successful students. Bob gave his learners a future of success. He sits gently on my mind. Bob was a man to admire.
