Dear Carol, & Family, Please accept our deepest sympathies on your loss, I am blessed to have worked with Herb while he was the Comptroller at C.P. Bourg Inc. in New Bedford, MA. He was always fair and understanding and treated everyone like he would like to be treated and liked by every employee that had the opportunity to work with him. Herb, I will always remember Mr. Clarks class and times we had together. As we say in the Navy "fair winds and following seas" RIP my friend.

I will miss Herb. He was a great dad and neighbor. I had a lot of fun with him by kidding him all the time. He had a great dry sense of humor. Every once in a while he would come to talk with me about different things and he would go on for a half an hour, to the point I would ask myself what was it that started the conversation! I would kid him and he would just smile for a minute and start talking again. The way he would go on would remind me of my dad. I will miss Herb!
