Donna McLaughlinTo the Regal Family, I worked at NEBH with Joan for many years, and for some reason which I can't remember, she was my ride when my car, which it often did, broke down. She'd tease me unmercifully about my crap car, but never failed to offer a ride. I loved working with her, she'd invariably have a funny comment on the lay of the land to prepare me for meetings in the Executive offices. She would tell story after story about her granddaughter and loved you all. Joan was one of a kind and I hope all the memories and stories help you through this time.
Janice SullivanTo the entire Regal family I offer my most sincere condolences.RIP Joan, look over your sisters who are with you now.
