I met Heidi 10 1/2 years ago in Jamaica plain. We hit it off and stayed in touch here and there over the years. She was kind and sweet no matter what life threw at her...it is hard for me to understand why 10 1/2 years later I’m still clean and she’s not here. She made me feel welcome and have a friend when I needed it most and I’ll never forget her

My thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to Hidies family, especially her son whom I know she loved dearly. I remember the dinners she would make him, and the big cups of milk she would have him drink during those dinners to make sure he was getting enough calcium and vitamins. I know the last few years of her life were filled with troubles and heartbreak. So I am happy she is at peace now
