To the whole Tarmey clan I offer my sincere condolences. Chris was one of a kind and made all of us better for knowing him. He was one of the funniest people to grace all of our lives. Hiring Chris at ATF was the beginning of a long incredible trip with him that had many twists and turns but all were met with a love for him that we will never forget. I am sure my beautiful wife Susan was there to welcome Chris into Heaven and am sure they are watching over us. I have so many fond memories of him that will be with me forever. Please know how much I miss him and feel so bad for all his family.

Aunt Margaret, Mark, Karen, Matthew and Jeanne, I was so sorry to hear about Chris’s passing. Most very memory I have is of him smiling and laughing. I know he will be missed.

We were so saddened to hear of Chris’s passing. He was one of the first people we knew on MVY and we were so lucky to be in his friend group. Visiting Among the Flowers back in the day was always a highlight, especially when Chris would come out from the kitchen, tell us how many eggs they cooked that morning and then say, “I put a lot of love in that sandwich!” Later years a dinner at Jimmy Seas was only more delicious when he was on the line. He was synonymous with all that we love about the island, and he will be sorely missed. We will think of you when on right fork. Love you, Tarmey!
