I was lucky enough to meet Ruthie a handful of times. Such a wonderful woman who brightened up the room. Her love for her kids and grandchildren and the joy they brought her was a great memory for me that will last my lifetime. I pray everyone is finding peace during this tough time.

To all the family , I’m so sad to hear of Ruth’s passing . She touched my life in such a profound way . She was a beautiful friend and confidant. I shared countless hours with her and my children . She allowed them to call her Mimi too . She was so beautiful & strong both inside and out. I simply adored her . I’m sorry to miss the services but my memories of her will always be sweet . I will have a cup of tea and cookies and will always remember my beautiful friend fondly . Wishing you all love and peace .

My condolences to all the Welby Family. What I remember most about Ruth was her smile. At family gatherings we spent time talking and enjoying each others company❤️🙏🙏

I WAS SO SAD TO HEAR OF MOMS PASSING. SHE WAS A GREAT PERSON AND CHERISHED FRIEND. I WILL CHERISH MY GREAT MEMORIES OF OUR TIME TOGETHER AND I WILL NEVER FORGET ALL THE WONDERFUL AND FUNNY TIMES WE SPENT TOGETHER.

Ruthie was one of the kindest and funny women I have ever known. We attended St. Augustine's School. Between her sense of humor and her mischievous she added great fun to my life when we attended school. Over the years I was fortunate to get to know Ruthie much better. She was a devoted mother, wife and friend. I will sorely miss her.

I went to school with Ruthie for 12 years and remember her so well. I haven’t seen her in a couple of years but she was a great person. Always made me laugh. She will be missed.
