I am sure the many wonderful and striking family photographs that were at Bill's wake today only touched the surface in showing the many special memories this family has of times together. We hope these memories will comfort them... Bill's love of of his family and the pride he had for his girls (all three) was apparent every day.

I am sorry to hear about the loss of Billy. I never knew him that well but I grew up one street away from his family home so I would see him often when we were all growing up in the neighborhood. My heart goes out to his wife, children and his wonderful family. He surely is gone far too soon and this is just so sad. Much love to you all at this very sad time. Linda and Sands family

Your were always such a friendly chap. Always smiling and having some useful information to share. I'll think of you when I attend the MBREA meetings. You will be with us in spirit as we trudge along the appraisal road. I'll not soon forget our last phone call. Peace to you brother.

Mrs. Russell, Danielle and Jaime -- I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. I have such great memories of your dad when we were neighbors on Del Prete and he always made everyone around him laugh and smile -- what a gift! Sending you all my love & prayers.

I am so sorry to hear the news about Bill. When working on the house on Otis he would stop in the wine shop and always brighten my day talk about the girls and life. I admired this man who always had a smile on his face and I am grateful for the time that I got to know him. I am thinking of you all with love and prayers. I will keep that smile of his close and it will remind me of this courages man and his beautiful family!

Bill was one of my mentors when I started in the business in the late 90's at the Appraisers Collaborative. I had the cubicle next to him. I was changing careers from finance to appraising. A scary change for me at that time. He was always giving me pointers on how to be a better appraiser...the how and where to get the best information. Thanks for everything Bill.

Alice & Family I am so very sorry to hear the news about Bill. I am down in Florida & just heard the news from Hingham Friends. My deepest sympathy to you & family. I will be home in June for the summer. If there is anything I can do, please let me know.

I first met Bill 25+ years ago in appraisal classes and then worked with him on appraisers' issues for MBREA. I always sought to sit with him because he made seminars and meetings fun. What a nice guy! To the Russell Family, please know we will honor Bill at our upcoming meeting. And we are thinking of you.
