Dear Jeff & family, We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your dad. In our numerous visits to.the store, we enjoyed our conversations with both your mom and dad. Mark was a soft spoken but very patient gentlemen. He helped me on many visits helping me decide on my next piece. In a world short on character, we feel honored to have known him. Our thoughts are with during this very difficult time.

Dear Isobel & Family it is with great sadness that I learned of Mark's passing. You must know that Mark was truly a "Gentle Man" who made a difference in life. We are all diminished by his loss. I only had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bertman and his wife a couple of times, but as I said to Jeff immediately after our first introduction, I just wanted to put them both in my pocket and take them home. I'm sure that God will bless and keep him at peace and I hope that brings Mrs. Bertman, Jeff, Bruce and all of Mark's family and friends comfort.

I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT MR. BERTMAN'S PASSING. I WORKED AT STOP & SHOP IN QUINCY CENTER AND VISITED YOUR JEWELRY SHOP WHEN I NEEDED THE BEST IN JEWELRY. HE WAS A WONDERFUL AND KIND MAN. HE WILL BE MISSED.
