Condolences to the Family of Virginia M. Kalaghan

2018

I was sorry to hear that Ginny had died earlier this week. I was friendly with her in the Weymouth Choral Group. She was always so friendly and kind. Once she started attending the pool exercises at South Shore Hospital, I saw her twice a week before class. I looked forward to her smile each time. I have missed seeing her these past few months. I send my deepest sympathy to her family.

To Ginny's family: Please accept my sincere condolences. She was one of a kind. We were "pool buddies" for years. I enjoyed her amazing intellect and positive attitude towards life. She will be missed.

I have fond memories of Miss Kalaghan as my fourth grade teacher at Union Street School in Weymouth. I was so fortunate to return to Union Street School many years later to work in the same classroom. I remember thinking that if only the walls could talk. She was a fabulous teacher. My sincere condolences to Miss Kalaghan's family.

To virginias family: I was fortunate enough to have"Miss Kalaghan" in fourth grade at the old Nevin school. She made quite the difference in my life back then. She was a very special teacher that every one loved. She was so sweet to all of us and going into 5th grade wasnt easy. :) I had the pleasure of running into her at the hospital a few years back and told her she made a difference with her students. Not sure if she remenbered me but she did thank me. She will be missed. Prayers to all of you

Ginny was my friend, for almost 20 years, in the pool, during our pool therapy classes, at South Shore Hospital. She was a very caring, delightful, sweet little lady. We shared the corner of the pool in the shallow end, as I am no taller than she was ! We shall all miss her dearly, She's watching over all of us now ! Also, I had Mrs. Frederick, as my 1st grade teacher at the John Adams School-Wey Hts. As ever, Judii
