Mike, Rita, Tara, Orla, and Chistopher, my condolences for your loss. Micheal was a great man. And although we didn’t see each other much as we grew older I always enjoyed spending time and talking with him when we did. My thoughts and prayers are with you all through this difficult and trying time.

It is with great sadness we learned of Michael's death. My husband, Mickey, lost his father at the same age and the loss is still felt these many decades later. We hope Michael's memory will be a blessing and a comfort to you all.

We wish we could be with you to celebrate Michael's life and mourn with you for his far too early passing. May god rest his soul and assist his beloved family now and in future.

While I was not as close to Michael as I wish I was, my wife Julie and my kids especially Joshua are really going to miss Coach O'Connor. I had the extreme pleasure of spending times with him at baseball and cookouts at his house. I spent Sunday with him and his parents and that is something I will NEVER forget. In my eyes the most amazing Dad, Husband and friend to those that knew him. I really can not express enough how much he will be missed my family and everyone that came in contact with him. Such a kind, gentle and truly loving man. We were all so lucky to have had him in our lives. Everyone should try to be the great person that he was. Cristine, Owen, Lucas, Sophie, and Hannah. I am truly sorry. Just watching anyone could see how much he loved you more than life itself.
