Will miss Leo who was such a wonderful man of great courage and stamina. His sparkling eyes and friendly nature overcame any limitations he had. He and Regina, his loving and very devoted wife, always were active in participating in social and daily events with cheerful hearts and friendly manners. My heart goes out to Regina and her family for the loss of this very special man.

I was sad to see this in the Ledger today. Though I did not know Leo well I did meet him a few times at the BSV events and also on the bus going to the Steuben Parade. He was a very nice man with a great sense of humor and fun. My condolences to wife Regina and his family.
