My condolences to Walter and his family on their loss of Patsy and to Claire, her sister. Throughout the 1940s they were first-class baby sitters for the Lonsdale street neighborhood, in my case at No. 22. From the death notice it is clear that the kind and gracious young high school student who watched over me, my sister, and my brothers carried that warmth and graciousness her whole life through. Walter, Susan & Family, We are sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. It is difficult to lose a parent and it makes it even harder near the Holidays. My Mom always told me that God created a New star when someone dies and I hope that you will be able to look for that star and find Peace & Comfort knowing that she will always be looking down and watching over You all.
