Cindy and I are very sorry to heave learned of Dick's passing. He was a wonderful person and always so helpful and caring. You could always count on Dick. I've known him for many years and was glad to have had the opportunity to work with him these past several years. May his memory be a blessing for his family and friends.

The Town of Hull extends its sincere condolences to Dick's family on his passing. Dick was a valued member of the Town's management team. We all appreciated his vast knowledge, hard work and attention to detail. More importantly, he was a great friend to all of us and a pleasure to be with. On those rare occasions when the lights may flicker in the future, we will think that it is Dick letting us know he is still watching over the Town he loved, and which loved him.
