I had the pleasure of working with Kevin for about a month while deployed to Afghanistan. I will truly miss him. He was always there when you needed him and made being there more bearable with his humorous way. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I only knew Kevin for a short time, but in that time he made an impact on my life. He had a huge passion for working out and baseball. I am saddened by the news I wish his family the best. He will be missed.

I worked with Kevin only for a short time. However, the time we did work together he had proven himself as a great asset to the team and a great person to work with. Not only did he prove himself as being very knowledgeable as an electrician but had a wonderful upbeat attitude that made Kevin a pleasure to be around. Kevin is a team member that will be missed.

I would like to send my heart felt regards to the family and friends of Mr. Kevin Berry. Mr. Berry attended one of our classes via VTC, and though I did not have the pleasure of having extended conversation with Mr. Berry, I do harbor sadness from this news. All, It is indeed a sad day for those of us who knew this good man. Kevin's laughter and smile were contagious, where either one was rare because of the conditions and place we were working. He was always upbeat and ready to tackle any job that was asked of him and a pleasure to work with. He brought camaraderie to the work place and a since of joy & friendship to any group he was hanging out with. To give true service, one must willingly do something for others that most wouldn't for the greater good. Kevin was always that guy, at the front of the line to step up and accept the task. Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Others stay awhile, making footprints on our hearts and we are never the same. That was Kevin. It is hard to say goodbye to a colleague who has been less of a co-worker and more of a friend. I will miss him and I am sad that the joyride of working with him has to come to an end. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

All, Kevin was one of the first people to greet me at the work sight. Offered his hand in friendship by means of the Gym. You all know, he loved to lift weights. I wish I knew him better being so new on the contract. His work and comradery will be dearly missed.

All, It is never an easy time when someone is taken from us way to soon in life. I hope that it brings comfort to his family to know that he was well respected amongst his peers and a friend to all. He will be missed but never forgotten.

Hearing this news is very shocking and sad to me. I recruited Kevin to come work for us as part of our DOD contacting team in Iraq. It was a great pleasure working with him and it was also a pleasure getting to know him and having him as a friend. He was awesome, fun to hang out with and a stand up guy.
